Greg's entry on the journal of a marine soldier in vietnam

I have been reading about a marine soldier who was just put in the vietnam war. He has gone threw 5 firefight in the past 2 weeks of being in the war. He has been bombed, flanked, and even shot at on his patrols. But on one of his patrols his buddy Hollywood has been hit in a bombing. He lost both of his legs! They had to get there buddy to the medic station before he dies of blood loss! After getting there buddy back to the station they went back to where Hollywood was hit. They found out that in the last firefight there was mortar in the ground. Its was a dud. But it was deep in the soil that they didnt see it. So when Hollywood was diggy he hit it with his shovel and he detonated it.
